The United States has released a video reportedly showing the so-called US-led coalition forces' airstrikes against Daesh (ISIL) Takfiri terrorists in Iraq and Syria.
The US Defense Department released the video on Saturday, saying the airstrikes targeted ISIL with 20 air raids in Iraq and 22 in Syria on Friday, Reuters reported.
The video shows the airstrikes as well as attacks carried out inside of Iraq on November 19th and 12th.
The strikes in Syria included 13 attacks, which 'hit' ISIL tactical units, headquarters, and three buildings near Mar'a, Halab.
Six other aerial attacks hit three ISIL tactical units, a command and control facility and fighting positions near the central Iraqi city of Ramadi on Friday.
The military said the coalition forces targeted the terrorists on November 19 near other Iraqi cities of Kirkuk, Kisik, Mosul, Ramadi and Sinjar.
The airstrikes near Kisik hit tactical units and also destroyed weapons caches, fighting positions, vehicles and a heavy machine gun belonging to the ISIL Takfiri terrorists, said the military.
The report gave no casualty figures for the airstrikes shown in the footage. The US refuses to publicly acknowledge killing or wounding any civilians in purported attacks against Daesh.
So far, it has only acknowledged killing a few Syrian civilians despite viable reports suggesting that the death toll in Iraq and Syria is well within the hundreds zone.
In a separate statement on Friday, the US military also acknowledged that an airstrike in Iraq in March likely killed four civilians.
As of November 3, the US has reportedly carried out 3,586 airstrikes in Iraq and 2,578 Syria.
The terrorists, who were initially trained by the CIA in Jordan in 2012 to destabilize the Syrian government, now control parts of Syria and Iraq. They have been engaged in crimes against humanity in the areas under their control.
