Anonymous declares war on Daesh after Paris attacks

A spokesman for hacker group Anonymous (seen) declared war on Daesh in YouTube post.

Hacker group Anonymous has declared total war on the Takfiri Deash terrorist group in the wake of the recent deadly attacks in the French capital of Paris.

Late on Friday, a series of coordinated attacks in Paris – claimed by Daesh – left at least 132 people dead and over 350 others injured.

Hacktivist, which is an offshoot of Anonymous, released a video on YouTube, pledging to hunt down every single supporter of the terrorist group online.

“War is declared. Get prepared,” a spokesman for the group said in the video post, adding, “The French people are stronger than you and will come out of this atrocity even stronger.”

“Anonymous from all over the world will hunt you down,” he threatened. “You should know that we will find you and we will not let you go.”

Hacktivist has been hacking thousands of Daesh social media accounts since early this year. It has dismantled some 149 Daesh-linked websites.
