The Syrian army continues advancing in multiples fronts across the country, retaking a vast region of Aleppo countryside from Daesh terrorists.
The army has consolidated its hold on two strategic hills in Homs province and is now marching on the ancient city of Palmyra. The armed forces inflicted heavy losses on the ISIL in the town of Maheen, killing over two dozen of them. A number of foreign terrorists were also killed in Dara’a in Western Ghouta. Meanwhile, the Syrian Air Force has destroyed terrorists ammunition depots and hardware in Talbiseh, al-Jazal and al-Shaer oil fields. The Syrian army and National Defense Forces backed by Russian air cover have recently made more ground in the fight against terrorists in the northern and central parts of the country. Only days ago they reopened a major road in Aleppo province.
