New Delhi continues to suffer from an epidemic of sexual violence against women and children. A recent gang-rape committed against two children has sent shockwaves through the nation once again. As Press TV's Munawar Zaman reports, the rapes have prompted outrage and triggered renewed calls for improved safety in the city.
