US president struggles to shut down Gitmo.

After missing several opportunities to close the infamous Guantanamo Bay prison in Cuba, US President Barack Obama is now running out of time to make good on his campaign promise. His last move was to order the Defense Department to look for a prison inside the United States, which would go against the US law that prohibits the transfer of any detainee from Guantanamo into the American soil.
