Russia has held a Russia-Africa summit, and African countries in attendance breathed a sigh of relief when Putin said he would gift them tens of thousands of tons of grain despite Western sanctions. This is while Putin said the Western sanctions made it harder for Moscow to export its grain and fertilizers.
