Japanese troops ready to use force in South Sudan

For the first time since the end of World War 2, Japanese troops have been allowed to use deadly force to aid allies in conflicts overseas. Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe argues that the broader military powers enable Japan to respond to mounting threats that include China's growing military assertiveness and North Korea's nuclear ambitions. But as our correspondent Albert Siegel says the Japanese people see the story differently.
