Renegade Libyan general in Paris for talks

France and its Western allies have held talks with Libya’s rebel commander Khalifa Haftar, just a few weeks after his forces seized the nation's key oil ports. Haftar's presence would be the latest twist in the Libyan political structure which seems to have been strongly supported by Western powers.
