Israeli forces have conducted a series of raids across the occupied West Bank, leaving a Palestinian injured and detaining several others.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported on Saturday that a 16-year-old Palestinian sustained an injury from live gunfire in the foot after Israeli troops stormed the town of Beit Furik, east of Nablus, on Saturday.
Violent clashes reportedly broke out between Israeli soldiers and young Palestinians. The regime forces detained a young Palestinian man. They also hindered the movement of a Palestinian ambulance in the area.
Meanwhile, confrontations erupted between Palestinians and Israeli troops, with occupation forces shooting live fire in the village of Abwein, located north of the city of Ramallah.
Israeli soldiers also raided the town of Hajjah, and arrested several Palestinian in the town of Baqat al-Hatab in Qalqilya as well.
The PRCS further reported that Israeli settlers have attacked the Masafer Yatta area, south of the West Bank city of al-Khalil, leaving two women injured.
Earlier in the day, Israeli settlers raided the village of Sarra, west of Nablus, setting fire to Palestinian lands.
Israel has ramped up attacks on Palestinian towns and cities throughout the occupied territories since the beginning of Israel's genocidal war on Gaza. As a result of these attacks, dozens of Palestinians have lost their lives and many others have been arrested.
Violent acts by Israeli settlers in the West Bank have also increased dramatically since then.
Israel launched the barbaric campaign of death, destruction and genocide in Gaza on October 7, 2023 after the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas waged the surprise Operation Al-Aqsa Storm against the occupying entity in response to the Israeli regime's decades-long campaign of bloodletting and devastation against Palestinians.
Israel has so far massacred over 40,300 Palestinians, mostly women and children.
