Despite an active arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has extended an invitation to his Israeli counterpart, Benjamin Netanyahu, to visit Budapest.

As the four-day trip unfolded, Orban announced quitting the ICC in a stark violation of international law. Our correspondent, Dieter Reinisch, reports from Budapest.
