Massive protests grip the South Korean capital prior to the Constitutional Court ruling on the impeachment of suspended President Yoon Suk-yeol.

With the verdict taking longer than expected, the removal of Yoon from office -- which many had anticipated -- has grown uncertain. Tens of thousands of both pro- and anti-Yoon demonstrators rallied just a couple of hundred meters apart to perhaps influence the outcome, with a verdict expected in the coming weeks.
