Israeli aggression against Syria
The UN Secretary-General has voiced deep concern over Israel's airstrikes on Syria, as the regime presses ahead with its aggression against the Arab country. According to his spokesperson, Antonio Guterres described Israel’s airstrikes as extensive violation of Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. The UN chief said he was particularly alarmed about the hundreds of Israeli airstrikes targeting various locations in Syria. He stressed the urgent need to de-escalate violence on all fronts throughout the country. Guterres emphasized that the 1974 agreement on Syria remains in force, condemning all actions that would be inconsistent with it. Since the ouster of President Bashar al-Assad, Israel has conducted over 400 airstrikes on Syria's military assets. The regime has also deployed troops to a buffer zone east of the occupied Golan Heights, a move the UN says violates the 1974 agreement.
US-Israeli Gaza genocide
Gaza has witnessed one of its bloodiest days, as relentless Israeli attacks left at least 70 people dead and nearly 100 injured across the besieged territory. One of the deadliest strikes killed at least 33 civilians and injured over 50 others in the Nuseirat refugee camp. Another strike west of the camp killed over a dozen Palestinians. In Gaza City, Israeli drones attacked a building, injuring multiple people. Earlier, a Palestinian surgeon was killed after an Israeli drone shot him in the head. Palestinian health officials say Israeli attacks have killed over one-thousand medical staff and wounded four-thousand others since October last year. Euro-Med human rights monitor says the regime deliberately targets medical personnel in north Gaza to dismantle the health system there. The Israeli genocide in Gaza has killed over 44,800 civilians so far, leaving more than 106,300 others injured.
Yemen leader speech
Yemen’s Ansarullah leader has warned Muslim nations against US-Israeli plots to change West Asia, stressing that the regimes are seeking to subjugate all Muslim nations. In a televised speech, Abdul-malik al-Houthi said the Israeli enemy represents a real threat, transcending all sects, doctrines, and affiliations. Al-Houthi said the American and Israeli rhetoric about reshaping West Asia signifies an ongoing US-Israeli project and conspiracy targeting regional nations and countries. The Yemeni leader blasted what he called “surprising tolerance” among some Arab and Muslim regimes and groups toward Israel’s horrific crimes. The Yemeni leader called on all sides in the Muslim world to take a clear stance against the Israeli enemy. He also touched on Israeli aggression against Syria, saying this testifies to the regime’s expansionist nature.
