Police detained multiple pro-Palestine activists during a rally in Berlin on Saturday as demonstrators began lighting torches under a railway bridge in the Western capital.

Footage from the event captured hundreds of protesters marching in solidarity with Palestinians, voicing their opposition to ongoing attacks on Gaza and Germany’s arms supply to Israel. Many carried banners with slogans such as 'Stop the Genocide in Gaza' and 'Stop Arming Israel,' emphasizing their call for action.

The footage also reveals police intervening to detain several protesters after the torches were ignited under the bridge.
