Sept. 28: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed nearly 41,600 Palestinians so far, the majority of them children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Saturday, September 28, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades’ operations on Sept. 28:

• Targeted an Israeli military Merkava tank with a Yassin 105 shell in the Tanour neighborhood east of Rafah city in the southern Gaza Strip.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades’ operations on Sept. 28:

• Confronted and engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces storming Balata camp, using machine guns.
• Engaged in clashes with Israeli infantry forces storming the Hashashin axis with a barrage of bullets and explosive devices.
• In a joint operation with the Martyr Abdulqader Al-Husseini Brigades, confirmed the detonation of an Israeli "Namer" military vehicle with a high-powered Yasser-2 explosive device in the Al-Jeneina neighborhood east of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
• Targeted the command and control headquarters of the Israeli military in the “Netzarim” axis with a barrage of short-range 107-caliber rockets.

Al-Nasser Salah Al-Din Brigades’ operations on Sept. 28:

• Targeted the Israeli military’s command and control site in the "Netzarim" axis with heavy-caliber mortar shells.

Hezbollah’s operations on Sept. 28:

• Targeted "Kabri" settlement with a barrage of Fadi-1 missiles.
• Targeted the "Ramat David" airbase and military airport with a barrage of Fadi-3 missiles.
• Targeted a battalion of Israeli soldiers at the "Sadah" site with artillery shells.
• Targeted the Sa'ar" settlement with a barrage of rockets.
• Targeted the "Rosh Pina" settlement with a barrage of rockets.
• Targeted the "Metsuva" settlement with a barrage of rockets.
• Targeted the "Ma'alot" settlement with 50 rockets.
• Targeted the "Katzrin" settlement with a barrage of rockets.

Yemeni military’s operations on Sept. 28:

• Targeted the Yaffa Airport, called "Ben-Gurion" by the Israeli regime, upon the arrival of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu with a ballistic missile of the type Palestine-2.

Islamic Resistance in Iraq’s operations on Sept. 28:

• Targeted a vital Israeli military site in Umm Al-Rashrash (Eilat) in the occupied Palestinian territories with a barrage of drones.
• Launched a drone towards a vital Israeli military target in Tel Aviv.
• Attacked the occupied Golan Heights with a barrage of drones.
