US-Israeli genocide in Gaza

More Palestinians are killed as the US-Israeli genocide against the besieged Gaza Strip continues unabated. In a latest attack, at least six people, including children, were killed in the Israeli bombing of a Palestinian home in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City. Israeli warplanes also struck a home in the Sheikh Radwan area, north of Gaza City, killing at least four people and injuring a dozen others. Several other people were killed in a series of Israeli airstrikes targeting public places, including a school, housing displaced Palestinians. The regime’s airstrikes also targeted refugee camps, including Nuseirat in central Gaza, resulting in the deaths of several people. The regime aggression on Gaza began in October last year. Since then, more than 41,200 people have been killed and over 95,000 others injured.

Israel moral crisis

The Israeli recruitment of African asylum seekers in its genocidal campaign against Gaza has drawn strong criticism from the Palestinian resistance movement, Hamas. In a statement, Hamas said the recruitment confirms the Israeli violation of the most basic rules of human rights by exploiting the needs of immigrants and asylum seekers. The group said the Israeli regime throws African asylum seekers into battles in an attempt to compensate for the great loss in the ranks of its military. Hamas added, the Israeli army is blackmailing African asylum seekers by offering the incentive of permanent residency status to them. It noted that the recruitment confirms the depth of the moral crisis in Israel. There are currently around 30,000 African asylum seekers living in Israel. According to Israeli media, the regime uses asylum seekers in dangerous operations in Gaza.

Iran-Europe relations

Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi says his country seeks a new path based on mutual respect for its relations with Europe. Araghchi said Europe needs to rectify its policy toward Iran so that the two sides can continue their relations. Araghchi also referred to the recent sanctions by three European countries or E-3 against Iran over the alleged transfer of missiles to Russia. He said the issue of Ukraine has added to the complexities of Tehran’s relations with the continent, but the misunderstandings should be cleared up. Araghchi noted that using sanctions as leverage cannot resolve any problem. Regarding the situation in West Asia, the top diplomat reiterated Iran’s unlimited support for regional resistance groups. He also said that Israel has not achieved its objective of eliminating Hamas and is compelled to negotiate with the Palestinian resistance, which shows the failure of Tel Aviv and its Western backers.
