South Korean activists want a clinic, which treated women infected by US soldiers during the 1950’s, to be preserved. The aim is highlighting the suffering of women prostituted to American troopers with Seoul’s backing. Some of these women lost their lives in the process and were buried in unmarked graves as South Korea wooed American military support with whatever means possible. Frank Smith reports for Press TV from Dongducheon, South Korea.
