The spokesman for Iran's Foreign Ministry says complicity in Israeli war crimes in the Gaza Strip will forever be a "shameful stain" on the regime's supporters.
In a post on his X account on Sunday, Nasser Kan'ani said the Israeli war criminals are brutally continuing crimes and massacre of the Palestinian people, particularly innocent children.
According to reports by official Palestinian sources, 38,153 Palestinians have been killed and 87,828 others sustained injuries since the beginning of Israel's war in Gaza on October 7, 2023, he added.
He noted that more than 10,000 Palestinians are still missing and remain under the rubble in the Gaza Strip.
Kan'ani emphasized that five reporters were martyred over the past 12 hours in Gaza, increasing the number of reporters killed in the Strip to 158.
The Iranian spokesman lashed out at the most well-known supporters of the Israeli regime for continuing to shamelessly claim to defend human rights and "brazenly interfere and make comment about the internal issues of independent countries."
Israel launched the war on Gaza after Palestinian resistance groups carried out a surprise retaliatory operation into the occupied territories.
Concomitantly with the war, the regime has been enforcing a near-total siege on the coastal territory, which has reduced the flow of foodstuffs, medicine, electricity, and water into the Palestinian territory into a trickle.
