June 29: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed more than 37,900 Palestinians so far, including around 17,000 children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Saturday, June 29, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades’ operations on June 29:

• Confronted a group of Israeli forces penetrating the Shuja’iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City through complex ambushes prepared in advance.
• In a joint operation with Al-Quds Brigades, targeted two Israeli troop carriers and a D9 military bulldozer with Al-Yassin 105 and RPG shells near the Al-Shu’an Junction, south of the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood, west of the city of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.
• Target a D9 military bulldozer with a Shuath explosive device behind the Abdullah bin Omar Mosque, south of the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood in the city of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.
• Detonated an anti-personnel explosive device against an Israeli force advancing in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City.
• Targeted Israeli forces penetrating Al-Shuja'iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, with several 120 mm mortar shells.

Al-Quds Brigades’ operations on June 29:

• Destroyed an Israeli military vehicle by detonating a high-explosive ground device near Al-Hidaya Mosque in the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City.
• Targeted an Israeli military vehicle of the “Namer” type with a tandem shell in the land of Qandil in the Al-Shuja’iyyah neighborhood.
• Detonated two ground explosive devices against several Israeli military vehicles near the Issa site in Tal Al-Hawa, southwest of Gaza City.
• Targeted an Israeli military command center for infiltration operations in the Al-Shuja'iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, with standard 60-caliber mortar shells.
• Targeted a convoy of Israeli military vehicles and soldiers in the Al-Shuja'iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, with standard mortar shells.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades’ operations on June 29:

• Targeted positions of Israeli forces and their military vehicles in Al-Shuja’iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, with a barrage of mortar shells.
• Targeted gatherings of Israeli forces and their military vehicles with mortar shells in the axis of advance in Al-Shuja'iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
• Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces storming the Al-Makhfiya neighborhood in the city of Nablus, occupied West Bank, using machine guns and explosive devices.

Mujahideen Brigades’ operations on June 29:

• Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces with appropriate weapons in the Al-Shuja’iyya advance axis, east of Gaza City.
• Bombed the Israeli military headquarters for the so-called Gaza Division in “Reim” with a rocket barrage.

Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces’ operations on June 29:

• Targeted an Israeli military personnel carrier in the middle of the Jeneina neighborhood in the city of Rafah with an anti-armor shell (RPG).

Hezbollah’s operations on June 29:

• Surveillance equipment at the Miskvam site was targeted with appropriate weapons.
• A Merkava tank and a “Nemera ” vehicle were targeted at the Ruwaisat al-Alam site in the occupied Lebanese Kafr Shuba with guided missiles.
• Surveillance equipment at the Metulla site was targeted with appropriate weapons.
