June 23: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed more than 37,600 Palestinians so far, including around 17,000 children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Sunday, June 23, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades’ operations on June 23:

  • Targeted the gatherings of Israeli forces penetrating south of the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood, west of the city of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, with several mortar shells.
  • Targeted and destroyed an engineering vehicle of the "Ovik Carpet" type with a guided missile west of the Tal Zorob area in Rafah City, southern Gaza Strip.
  • In a joint operation with Al-Quds Brigades, targeted a group of Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles in Yibna Camp in Rafah city, southern Gaza Strip, with mortar shells.

Al-Quds Brigades’ operations on June 23:

  • In a joint operation with Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades and Al-Nasser Salah Al-Din Brigades, bombed the “Kissufim” military site with heavy-caliber mortar shells.
  • Targeted a group of Israeli forces stationed at Dahleh Al-Tur and Kashikeh Street in the occupied West Bank city of Nablus with live bullets and a highly explosive device.
  • Targeted a position of Israeli soldiers on Al-Rashid Street in the "Netzarim" axis, south of Gaza City, with a rocket barrage.
  • In a joint operation with Al-Qassam Brigades, targeted a group of Israeli soldiers in the axis of advance south of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, with a barrage of mortar shells.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades’ operations on June 23:

  • Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces that invaded the occupied West Bank city of Nablus from multiple axes, using machine guns and explosive devices.
  • Targeted an Israeli infantry patrol in the "Netzarim" axis with a 107mm rocket.
  • Targeted the positions of Israeli soldiers and military vehicles with a barrage of regular-calibre mortar shells, in the city of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.

Mujahideen Brigades’ operations on June 23:

  • Targeted a gathering of Israeli forces stationed in the "Netzarim" axis with a rocket barrage  

Martyr Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades’ operations on June 23:

  • In a joint operation with the Al-Quds Brigades, targeted Israeli military gatherings positioned on Al-Rashid Street in the “Netzarim” axis, south of Gaza City, with a rocket salvo.

Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces’ operations on June 23:

  • Targeted a group of Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles infiltrating the middle of Al-Shaboura Camp in Rafah city, south of the Gaza Strip, with mortar shells.

Hezbollah’s operations on June 23:

  • Israeli soldiers in the Sahel Battalion in the Beit Hillel barracks were targeted with drones.
  • Israeli soldiers in the new 91st Division headquarters in Ayelet Hashahar were targeted with drones.
  • The Ramtha site in Lebanon's Kfar Shuba was targeted with missiles.
  • The Al-Samaqa site in Lebanon's Kfar Shuba was targeted with missiles.
  • The Ruwaisat al-Qarn site in Lebanon's Shebaa was targeted with missiles.
  • A military vehicle at the Metula site was targeted it with guided missiles.

Yemeni military’s operations on June 23:

  • Targeted the ship Transworld Navigator in the Red Sea, using a naval drone, the second time in less than 24 hours.
  • Targeted the ship STOLT SEQUOIA in the Indian Ocean with a number of cruise missiles, hitting it precisely.

Islamic Resistance in Iraq’s operations on June 23:

  • Launched a drone at a vital military target in Umm Al-Rashrash (Eilat).
  • In a joint operation with the Yemeni military, targeted four ships in the port of Haifa
  • In a joint operation with the Yemeni military, targeted the Shorthorn Express in the Meditteranean Sea while it was on its way to the port of Haifa, with a barrage of drones.
