No ceasefire, no vote
The UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory has found Israel intended to murder civilians en masse, inflict wide-scale civilian destruction, and collectively punish Palestinians in Gaza by holding them hostage to its political aims.
UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Turk addressing the Human Rights Council likened genocide in Gaza to "Unconscionable death and suffering in the Gaza Strip".
He also warned of the worsening situation for Palestinians in the occupied West Bank.
Meanwhile, occupation forces unleash a new wave of attacks on a refugee camp in central Gaza and on a so-called evacuation zone in the south.
In less than nine months, the US-Israeli genocidal campaign in Gaza has killed over 37,000 people and wounded more than 85,500.
The Lebanese Hezbollah resistance forces have conducted a strike against Israeli military positions on the northern side of the 1948 occupied territories in retaliation for a deadly attack on a town in southern Lebanon.
