May 26: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed more than 36,000 Palestinians so far, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Sunday, May 26, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades’ operations on May 26:

• In the vicinity of the Khulafa’ Mosque in the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip, targeted an Israeli military troop carrier and a D9 military bulldozer with two Al-Yassin 105 shells,
• Targeted an Israeli military “Merkavah 4” tank in the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
• In a joint operation with the Al-Quds Brigades, targeted a gathering of Israeli forces and north of Jabalia camp with mortar shells.
• Targeted an Israeli military’s Merkava tank with a Shuath explosive device in the vicinity of the Al-Ansar Mosque, east of the Jabalia camp, northern Gaza Strip.
• Bombed a gathering of Israeli forces penetrating the Al-Qasasib neighborhood in the Jabalia camp with heavy-caliber mortar shells.
• Targeted a Merkava 4 tank of the Israeli military with an Al-Yassin 105 shell in the Beit Lahia project in the northern Gaza Strip.

Mujahideen Brigades’ operations on May 26:

• Targeted the Israeli military tank in the axis of advance, Jabalia camp, in the northern Gaza Strip with an anti-armor shell.

Al-Quds Brigades’ operations on May 26:

• Targeted an Israeli military vehicle with an RPG shell east of the Salah al-Din Gate, south of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
• In a joint operation with the Al-Qassam Brigades, targeted Israeli soldiers in the axis of advance, north of the Jabalia camp in northern Gaza, with a barrage of standard 60-caliber mortar shells.
• Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces that invaded the occupied West Bank city and the surroundings of the Mahaim area.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades’ operations on May 26:

• Targeted an Israeli military carrier with an RBG shell in the vicinity of the Al-Khulafa Al-Rashidin Mosque in the Jabalia Camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
• Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces using automatic weapons on the advance axis around the Al-Khulafa' Al-Rashidin Mosque in Jabalia camp, northern Gaza Strip.
• Bombed a gathering of Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles north of the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip with a barrage of 60 mm mortar shells.
• Engaged in fierce clashes using machine guns and RBG shells with Israeli soldiers in the Beit Lahia project in the northern Gaza Strip.

Al-Nasser Salah Al-Din Brigades’ operations on May 26:

• Targeted an Israeli infantry force east of the Al-Khulafa' Al-Rashidin Mosque in the center of Jabalia camp, using a MAG machine gun.

Martyr Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades’ operations on May 26:

• Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces who had barricaded themselves in a house in Block 2 of the Jabalia refugee camp,  leaving a number of them dead.
• In a joint operation with the Al-Qassam Brigades, targeted an Israeli military Merkavah tank in the axis of the Beit Lahia project in the northern Gaza Strip.

Hezbollah’s operations on May 26:

Eastern sector:

• At around 08:30 local time, the Al-Abad site of the Israeli military was targeted with appropriate weapons. ‏
• At around 15:20 local time, the Israeli military building in the Senir settlement was targeted with appropriate weapons.
• At around 15:30 local time, the Zibdin site in Lebanon's Shebaa was targeted with a barrage of rockets.
• At around 15:30 local time, the Ramtha site in Lebanon's Kafr Shuba was targeted with a barrage of rockets.
• At around 18:00 local time, the Habushit Barracks Battalion was targeted with a barrage of rockets.
• At 18:20, Kiryat Shmona was targeted with rockets and artillery shells.
• At 18:25, the Yiftah Barracks was targeted with appropriate weapons.
• At 18:30, Ramim Barracks was targeted with appropriate weapons.
• At 22:00, a Merkava tank was targeted in Lebanon's Shebaa with appropriate weapons.

Western sector:

• At around 13:50 local time, Israeli soldiers at the Al-Malikiyah site were targeted with appropriate weapons.
• At around 15:00 local time, the Jal al-Alam site was targeted with rockets and artillery shells.
• At around the same time, Israeli military buildings in Avivim and Margaliot settlements were targeted with appropriate weapons.
• At around 15:20 local time, Liman Barracks was targeted with a barrage of rockets.
• At around the same time, the Khirbet Maar base was targeted with appropriate weapons.
• At around the same time, the Rahib site was targeted with appropriate weapons.
