The Gaza Health Ministry has announced that more than 35,000 Palestinians have been killed in the Israeli war on the besieged territory.

The ministry said in a statement on Sunday that since Israel launched its offensive on October 7, at least 35,034 people have been killed, including 15,000 children. It added that up to 78,755 people have been injured.

The statement added that many Palestinians were still trapped buried under the rubble and that rescue and relief workers, ambulance crew and civil defense officers could not reach and free due to the huge damage and lack of excavation equipment.

Following 7 months of relentless attacks, the Israeli regime has now increased the brutality, ordering the Zionist forces to attack the southern town of Rafah where 1.5 million displaced Gazans have sought refuge.

This move has sparked global concerns that the regime forces were speeding up the massacre, intensifying the genocidal war on Gaza.

The international community is now persuaded that Israelis have no intention of allowing a permanent ceasefire in Gaza and their genocidal war on Palestinians will continue until they achieve the ultimate goals of razing Gaza to the ground and annihilating remaining Palestinians.
