The counter-proposal that Israel sent Hamas to review for a ceasefire, mediated by Qatar and Egypt, was reportedly the one which Hamas agreed to. But hours after Hamas announced it's accepted the ceasefire, Israel rejected it and said it does not meet its criteria.
