Israel’s adventurism in West Asia
In this edition, Spotlight interviews Asaad Abu Sharkh, a Palestinian academic and activist from Dublin, and Pete Ford, former British ambassador to Syria from Manchester, to look at Israels adventurism in West Asia at a time when the death toll from US-Israeli genocide in Gaza since October 7 rises to 34,049 people.
After the Israeli attack on Iranian Embassy premises in Syria, Iran said its response to any adventurism by Israel would be swift and at a maximum level. Iran retaliated for the attack on its Embassy premises with a direct strike on Israel, involving over 300 missiles and drones.
