Mar. 26: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed more than 32,400 Palestinians so far, including at least 15,000 children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Tuesday, March 26, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades’ operations on Mar. 26:
(Gaza Strip)

• Targeted two Israeli military Merkava tanks with Tandem rockets in the Al-Amal neighborhood, west of Khan Younis city in the southern Gaza Strip, setting them on fire.
• Targeted an Israeli military jeep with a Yassin 105 rocket in Rashid Street, west of Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, in Gaza City.
• Shot and killed an Israeli soldier in Rashid Street, west of Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, in Gaza City.

Saraya al-Quds Brigades’ operations on Mar. 26:

• Targeted an Israeli military vehicle with a Tandem rocket in the vicinity of the Al-Shifa Hospital, western Gaza City.
• Shelled positions of Israeli soldiers with 60mm regular mortar shells in the vicinity of the Al-Shifa Hospital, western Gaza City.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades’ operations on Mar. 26:

• Ambushed and engaged in clashes with an Israeli infantry force using gunfire and explosive devices while they were raiding Blata Camp, inflicting casualties on them.
• Tracked and downed a Skylark reconnaissance drone, number 773, during its spying mission in the skies of Beit Hanoun city, north of the Gaza Strip.
• Shelled gatherings of Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles with mortar shells in the axes west of Khan Younis city, achieving direct hits.
• Shelled gatherings of Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles with mortar shells in the axis east of Beit Hanoun city, north of the Gaza Strip, achieving direct hits.
• Shelled a congregation of Israeli troops and their military vehicles with 60mm regular mortar shells in the vicinity of the Al-Shifa Hospital, western Gaza City.

Mujahideen Brigades’ operations on Mar. 26:

• Targeted Israeli forces infiltrating south of Deir Al-Balah city in the central Gaza Strip with 80mm caliber mortar shells.

Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces’ operations on Mar. 26:
(Gaza Strip)

• Fired several mortar shells at the Israeli troops in the vicinity of the Sofa military site, east of the city of Rafah in southern Gaza, resulting in multiple casualties.

Hezbollah’s operations on Mar. 26:
(Lebanon)

Eastern sector:

• At around 16:20 local time, the Yardun Barracks (command center) in Syria's occupied Golan was targeted with more than 50 Katyusha rockets, resulting in extensive damage.
• At around 17:05 local time, Israeli soldiers in Zibdin barracks in Lebanon's Shebaa were targeted, causing direct hits and casualties.
• At around 17:30 local time, Israeli soldiers were targeted in Ruwaisat al-Alam site in Lebanon's Kfar Shuba with missiles.

Western sector:

• At around 12:45 local time, Israeli soldiers in the Shomera settlement were targeted with appropriate weapons.
• At around 10:15 local time, two buildings in the Avivim settlement were targeted with appropriate weapons.
• At around 10:45 local time, Israeli soldiers in Pranit Barracks were targeted with appropriate weapons.
• At around 10:56 local time, Israeli soldiers were targeted in Pranit Barracks with appropriate weapons.
• At around 11:00 local time, Israeli soldiers were targeted in Shtoula with appropriate weapons.
• At around 11:10 local time, Meron Air Base was targeted with guided missiles, resulting in many confirmed casualties.
• At around 14:50 local time, Israeli soldiers in the Hanita colony were targeted with appropriate weapons.
• At around 15:00 local time, Israeli soldiers in Horsh Hanita were targeted with artillery shells.

Iraqi resistance’s operations on Mar. 26:
(Iraq)

• Targeted the Israeli military’s Obda air base with a barrage of drones.

Yemeni military’s operations on Mar. 24, Mar. 25, and Mar. 26:

• Carried out at least six military operations with drones and missiles in 72 hours, targeting:

• Container ship MAERSK SARATOGA in the Gulf of Aden (headed toward occupied territories)
• Container ship APL DETROIT in the Red Sea (headed toward occupied territories)
• Crude oil tanker HUANG PU in the Red Sea (headed toward occupied territories)
• Bulk carrier PRETTY LADY (headed toward occupied territories)
• Two US destroyers in the Red Sea
• Several Israeli targets in Eilat (Umm al-Rashrash)
