Mar. 9: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed nearly 31,000 Palestinians so far, including at least 14,000 children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Saturday, March 9, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades' operations on Mar. 9:

• Seized two quadcopter drones while they were conducting spying missions, south of the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City.

Al-Quds Martyrs Brigades' operations on Mar. 9:

• In a joint operation, shelled gatherings of Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles in the Abu Urayban area in the Zaytoun neighborhood with 107mm rocket salvos.

Mujahideen Brigades' operations on Mar. 9:

• Seized a quadcopter drone during its reconnaissance mission west of Tal al-Hawa neighborhood in Gaza City.

Al-Aqsa Brigades' operations on Mar. 9:

• Shelled Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles south of the Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City with mortar shells. 
• Targeted an Israeli military vehicle with an RPG in the axis south of the Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City.

Martyr Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades' operations on Mar. 9:

• Targeted positions of Israeli forces and their vehicles in the eastern areas of Jabalia town with mortar shells.

Hezbollah's operations on Mar. 9:

Eastern sector:

• At around 06:30 local time, the Al-Baghdadi site was targeted with a Burkan missile.
• At around 15:05 local time, Israeli soldiers in Hunin Castle were targeted with missiles.
• At around 16:00 local time, the Ruwaisat al-Qarn site in Shebaa was targeted with missiles.
• At around 16:00 local time, Israeli soldiers in Mount Nazir were targeted with missiles.
• At around 16:05 local time, the Zibdin site in the Shebaa was targeted with missiles.

Western sector:

• At around 16:00 local time, an Israeli spy drone was targeted, forcing it to retreat and return to the occupied territories.
• At around 16:15 local time, Israeli soldiers at Karantina Heights were targeted with appropriate weapons.
• At around 20:30 local time, Israeli vehicles were targeted as they entered the Al-Malikiyah site with appropriate weapons.
• At around 21:15 local time, an Israeli force was targeted in the vicinity of Mount Adir with appropriate weapons.

Yemeni military's operations on Mar. 9

• Targeted the American "PROPEL FORTUNE" ship in the Gulf of Aden with several anti-ship missiles.
• Targeted several US warships in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden with 37 kamikaze drones.

Iraqi resistance's operations on Mar. 9

• Attacked the oil refineries in occupied Haifa with drones, resulting in widespread damages.
