As the death toll from the US-Israeli genocide in the besieged Gaza Strip surpasses 28, 000, concerns grow over the looming Israeli ground invasion of Rafah in Gaza's south.
The Israeli regime continues trying to raise the bar on just how much it can torture Palestinians. The majority of the population of Gaza has been displaced. Some of them many times as they were told to leave the north and head towards the middle and then the south. And now as people have gone as far south as they can go, which is Rafah, the sadistic Israeli regime is threatening a ground invasion where almost a million and a half people are located and most of them in tents or in other temporary locations. Israeli PM has ordered the military to make preparations for the evacuation of the Palestinians from Rafah.
In this edition of the Spotlight, Press TV interviews Mkhaimar Abusada, a university professor from Doha, and Paul Larudee, co-founder of the Free Palestinian Movement from Berkley to look deeper into the unabated genocide in Gaza and Israel's plan for ground invasion of Rafah.
