Israel-Lebanon Tensions

The file photo shows an Israeli tank column near the border with Lebanon.

After more than three months of genocide in Gaza, the Israeli regime has not reached any of its goals in the Strip. It has not destroyed the resistance, nor has it been able to free its captives, as the resistance fighters continue to deal severe blows to the regime.

So, what should the regime do next? It must find a way to get out of this while saving face. How about waging war on Lebanon and Hezbollah resistance movement? Could that even be a possible option?

This edition of the Spotlight program is about the recent flare-up of tensions between the Israeli regime and Hezbollah. The focus of the discussion is that the regime in Tel Aviv is trying to deviate attention from its failures and genocide in Gaza by opening a new front against Hezbollah.
