US-Israeli genocide

Israeli airstrikes and shelling continue to hammer Gaza, leaving more fatalities in the besieged strip. Gaza’s Health Ministry says the attacks have killed 122 Palestinians in the past 24 hours. This brings the total Palestinian death toll in Gaza since October 7 to over 22,700, with more than 58,000 injured. The Israeli genocidal war on Gaza is now in its 92nd day, and Gaza’s resistance keeps repelling invading tanks and infantry. The al-Qassam Brigades now says its fighters have eliminated eight Israeli soldiers in Bani Suhaila, east of Khan Younis, during an ambush. In the al-Bureij refugee camp, the group said that its fighters destroyed two Merkava tanks with Al-Yassin 105 shells. Israeli regime says over 170 of its forces have been killed in Gaza since the ground invasion began on Oct. 27. The resistance groups, however, say the regime is under-reporting its casualties.

Resistance retaliation

Tensions remain high along Lebanon’s southern border where an Israeli airbase has been targeted by the Hezbollah resistance movement.

Resistance retaliation for Gaza

Reports coming out of Iraq say resistance forces have carried out yet another operation against US forces in Syria. Iraq’s Islamic Resistance said it carried out a drone strike, targeting America’s al-Tanf and al-Shadadi bases in Syria. There are no reports of possible damage or casualties. Resistance groups have carried out a series of attacks against US bases in Iraq and Syria over the past weeks in response to Washington’s support for the Israeli genocide in Gaza. On Wednesday, US forces in Iraq also hit the headquarters of Iraq’s Popular Mobilization Units, killing a senior commander of the resistance movement in Baghdad. Anti-US sentiment remains high in Iraq. Baghdad says the government is seeking to permanently end the presence of the US-led military coalition in the country. Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani says the government plans to set up a committee to arrange the ouster of US forces.
