French police brutality
France has been plagued by nationwide protests against systemic racism and police violence since another unarmed young man of color was killed by police during a routine traffic stop.
Paris alone saw over a week of riots against the police killing and the controversial law that police have seized upon to justify what protesters are calling state violence and summary executions.
