Protests have erupted in several countries over the burning of a copy of the Holy Qur’an in Sweden.

The sacrilegious act, which happened in front of a mosque in Stockholm, has drawn condemnation from Muslim countries.

On Wednesday, a 37-year-old man, who is reportedly an Iraqi refugee, tore out pages from the holy book and set them on fire, despite objections from onlookers.
