South Korea; the name conjures up a thriving economy from which many popular brands come. The East Asian country is usually referred to as a success story of a close cooperation with the United States- in contrast with North Korea.

The country's booming economy in recent decades, however, has emboldened the authorities to lecture the world- just like their American masters.

Their throwaway and sometimes hostile remarks have contributed to the growing tensions in the world. But the question is, if South Korea is as good and innocent as it tries to peddle, with no skeleton in the closet?
