Palestinian farmer discovers rare ancient mosaic in Gaza
Palestinians clean a mosaic dating back to the Byzantine era, discovered by a farmer east of Al-Bureij while ploughing his land to grow olive trees. The mosaic was uncovered one kilometer from the border fence between the Gaza Strip ad the Israeli-occupied territories, and includes a number of images of monsters and birds.
