'Absolute chaos': Passengers crowd platforms at Paris Gare du Nord station
Social media users complained of disruption at Paris's Gare du Nord station on Friday and Saturday.
Video posted on social media showed large crowds of passengers congregating on the station platforms.
A post on the Eurostar website had warned of some delays due to rail strikes in the UK on Saturday.
The French state-owned rail operator SNCF did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
