Tour de la Provence: Nairo Quintana wins GC for 2nd time
In the Tour de la Provence, Nairo Quintana has stormed to the summit victory in the fourth and final stage with a crushing climbing performance.
The 32-year-old Colombian started the day 10th overall, but put the pedal to the metal just over 4 kilometers from the summit, and blasted away to claim his second Provence title in three years. In the general classification, Julian Alaphilippe finished second, 27 seconds slower than Quintana. Mattias Skjelmose Jensen took the bottom stage on the podium, 34 seconds behind the leader.
