Widespread unrest erupted in Kazakhstan following a hike in fuel prices, resulting in violent clashes between protesters and security forces. Kazakh president has authorized security forces to open fire at protesters. He says foreign-trained terrorists are responsible for the unrest.

Meanwhile, there are speculations about foreign interference in the country, especially from the US, who is guilty of such an act in several countries, like Ukraine.
