The president of the Democratic Republic of Congo has authorized United States Special Forces to enter the country and ostensibly help the Congolese army battle ADF rebels reportedly linked to ISIS or Daesh terrorist group.

Kambale Musavuli a DRC human rights activist the ADF are being used as a pretext for US forces to enter his country.
