Team Iran have booked their place in the semi-finals of the 2021 Asian Men's Volleyball Championship in Japan after crushing South Korea in straight sets.
Behrouz Attaei’s men, who had beaten Pakistan in three sets on Tuesday and were a victory away from reaching the last four, put on a solid performance against their Korean opponents and beat them with a scoreline of 25-19, 25-18 and 25-20.
Iran will next meet Chinese Taipei on Friday to see who will go up as group F winners, while South Korea and Pakistan stand no chance of progressing into the semi-finals.
