In the first glance, it looks like a caravanserai full of tradesmen, but in fact, it is the spiritual capital of Iran. The holy shrine of Imam Reza in Mashhad is a resort for millions of pilgrims, each having a unique love story.

A story that is as old as the birth of the Imam himself some 13 centuries ago. Imam Reza is the eighth Shia Imam, whose bloodline goes back to the prophet of Islam. Every year, millions of Shia Muslims visit his magnificently decorated shrine to pay homage to him.

Shia Muslims learn about the sacred figure since their childhood, and when they grow up, they would pass on their knowledge to their children by bringing them to the shrine. That's how this newly-wed couple has come to learn about Imam Reza's character.
