Italy have edged out a 2-1 win over Belgium to set up a Euro 2020 semifinal clash against Spain.

Nicolo Barella put Italy in front as he skipped past 3 defenders at once before drilling in the opener on the half hour mark.

Lorenzo Insigne gave the Azzurri a 2-0 lead on the stroke of half time, when he completed his solo run from the half way line with a lovely curling strike.

Romelu Lukaku pulled one back from the spot in the first half stoppage time to give Belgium some hope, but with no goals in the 2nd half it was Roberto Mancini’s men who progressed to the last 4.
