Alexander Zverev has sailed into the 3rd round at Wimbledon with a straight sets win over Tennys Sandgren of the USA.
The 4th seeded German was made to wait for his breakthrough in the opener when Sandgren dropped serve at 5-apiece.
But once Zverev claimed it 7-5, it was all downhill from there as the world number 6 steamrolled his American opponent 6-2 and 6-3 to seal the deal after 1 hour 47 minutes.
He will face another American in the next round, either Taylor Fritz or Steve Johnson.
