Iranian embassy in Yemen celebrates the anniversary of Islamic revolution

To commemorate the 42nd victory anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, the Iranian embassy in the Yemeni capital Sana’a held a ceremony with the presence of officials.

Iran’s ambassador to Yemen, Hassan Irloo, said the Islamic Revolution stood against the US hegemony and foreign meddling in Iran, just like what the revolution in Yemen sought.

Yemenis say Iran's Islamic Revolution has inspired them to stand against the US interventionist policies in the region, including its support for the years-long war imposed on Yemen by the Saudi-led coalition.
