In pandemic time, Israel strikes Gaza, no casualties

Israel launched airstrikes on the besieged Gaza Strip in the small hours of Sunday.
No casualties were reported.
Israel claims the strikes targeted positions of the resistance movement Hamas and came in response to a rocket fired from Gaza toward the southern city of Ashkelon, the second time in two weeks.
The ongoing Israeli blockade coincides with the coronavirus pandemic, which has added salt to the injury of the shortage of medical equipment, ventilators in particular.
Israel has conducted similar strikes on Gaza over the past few months.
