Big day in the United States of America. People are picking a president in a most decisive presidential election. Some 100 million people have already cast their ballots. Joe Biden has a lead in national polls but its a tight race in the states that could decide the outcome. Each state gets a certain number of votes within the electoral college, its not popular votes that decide the winner.
