US: no Iran sanctions are left

The United States has quite simply failed when it comes to their maximum pressure and foreign policies when it comes to Iran, having essentially failed to destablise Iran, so much so, that some reports state that sanctions have only achieved 3.4% of the effect they were intended to have on the country and its institutions. It is hence why the US national security advisor, Robert OBrien has claimed that there few new sanctions left to impose on Iran.
