Detroit Pistons have eliminated the visiting Washington Wizards 132 to 102 at home.
The hosts dominated the match from the onset and took the opening quarter with 8-point margin before overpowering the Wizards 37-25 in the next quarter that led to their 68-48 advantage at the intermission.
The Pistons also widened the gap to 30 points at the end of the 3rd quarter. The Wizards managed to finish the final quarter with 26-all but it was all in vain and Detroit managed to snap their losing streak after 5 matches.
The pistons will travel to San Antonio to play against the Spurs on the 8th of January while the Wizards will welcome the Knicks.
