Iran’s third edition of Halal food exhibition is underway in Tehran. More than 150 Halal food producers have put on display their products at the exhibition for a period of one week. The public have welcomed the exhibition and tens of thousands of people have visited it so far.
Participating in this fair provides an ideal opportunity for the producers and suppliers to enter or establish a strong presence in the specified markets.
Figures show that sale of Halal food is increasing by as much as 30 percent per year, and the Halal food industry is growing at a fast pace across the globe. Many of the participants emphasize the healthy and wholesome nature of Halal food, which includes both meat-based and non-meat products.
The whole chain of production, packaging, distribution, warehousing, and sale of Halal foods including red meat, poultry, seafood, and processed meat products is included in this fair. The industry section includes all kinds of machinery, equipment, technology, and automation, with a focus on supplying the requirements of related industries by Iranian producers.
