The UK could be heading into a period of economic difficulty according to new data released suggesting that a decline in the service industry caused by a lack of confidence around Brexit could trigger a new recession. With Britons already bracing themselves for the impact of Brexit, and with poverty at an all time high, the new findings are cause for alarm.
While a new recession could deepen the disparity between the most well off and the poorest in society, a deepening recession stands in stark contrast to the British Royal Family who remain funded by the taxpayer to the tune of millions while homelessness is at an all time high.
With more and more projections painting a worrying picture of the direction Britain is heading in, many feel the government, far from helping any crisis, has helped cause it and is simply concerned with maintaining power, rather than helping those most in need.
New figures have shown that the British economy has tipped into a recession as a result of uncertainty over Brexit. As prime minister Boris Johnson appears willing to take the UK out of the EU without a deal many Britons are preparing themselves for tough times ahead a deepening economic crisis leading to potential shortages bracing themselves for the very real impact of a hard Brexit.
