People gather in the street and workers begin to clear up rubble outside a University of Tirana building after a strong earthquake hit Albania, forcing residents into the street in several cities, triggering power cuts in the capital and the collapse of some buildings in a nearby village.
No deaths have been reported and some 80 people sought medical help in both Tirana and Duress, 21 of whom were hospitalized due to injuries caused by falling objects or parts of walls as well as for panic attacks, Health Minister Ogerta Manastirliu has said.
