Another anti-occupation rally in the Gaza Strip and more deaths and injuries; Israeli snipers once again shot Palestinian protesters who were taking part in the 73rd Great March of Return rallies in the east of the impoverished coastal sliver.

During the Friday rallies, protesters slammed the normalization of ties between some Arab countries in the Persian Gulf region with Tel-Aviv accusing them of betraying the Palestinians.

Since the beginning of the peaceful action in late March 2018, Israeli forces have shot and killed hundreds of Palestinians and wounded thousands more.

Despite outcries by human rights organizations, Israel's shoot–to-kill policy continues to claim more innocent Palestinian lives.

Demonstrators here have been demanding the right of return for Palestinian refugees to the historic land of Palestine and the complete lifting of the blockade on Gaza.

Hamas officials vowed to exert maximum pressure on the Israeli regime to stop the aggression against Palestinians.

Israel’s use of excessive and lethal force against protesters is a direct violation of international laws and norms.

Palestinians in Gaza say the Israeli brutality will not discourage them from taking part in peaceful rallies as they are protesting for a just cause.
